Denver fell behind by as many as 12 points in the first half, but it came to within three points at halftime. The third quarter is when it made its move in this game. It outscored the Thunder 32-21 in that period and never looked back.
The team had a big edge on the boards, and it held the Thunder to just 27.9% shooting from 3-point range.
Jokic and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander — the two MVP frontrunners this season — will duke it out in Game 7 on Sunday for the right to meet the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals.
