The Denver Nuggets went back to the drawing board after a loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA playoffs.

Denver began the playoffs with a matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers. While it was a difficult task, having to face a star-studded team with James Harden and Kawhi Leonard, the Nuggets came out on top.

They competed against the Thunder, but it wasn't enough to advance to the Western Conference finals.

As the Nuggets look to bounce back, losing to the No. 1 seed in the West, all eyes are on Nikola Jokic, who was recently honored with a prestigious accolade in the NBA landscape.

On Friday, Nikola Jokic was named to the All-NBA First Team.

"Consistent greatness," posted the official social media account of the Denver Nuggets.

Upon the release of the announcement, some fans took to social media, sharing their thoughts on the Denver Nuggets' latest Nikola Jokic announcement.

"Incredible! Nikola Jokić named to the All-NBA First Team for the fifth time and selected to an All-NBA team for the seventh consecutive season – absolute Nuggets record holder! #Joker #NBALegend," said one fan.

"He’s a legend," said another fan.

"Consistently working the man into the ground," mentioned one fan.

"The real MVP," commented one fan.

"IF RUSS PLAY AS A STARTER WITH JOKIC HE IS AT 1ST ALL NBA TEAM," said one fan.

"Always," said another fan.

Nikola Jokic was widely considered one of the top contenders to win the NBA MVP this season. While he had a phenomenal year, it was ultimately earned by Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

Throughout the season, Jokic averaged 29.6 points, 12.7 rebounds and 10.2 assists per game.
