Terrifying discovery: Centuries-old “ghost flight” found underwater with passengers still in their seats!
In a discovery that has stunned experts around the world, a team of underwater explorers recently announced the discovery of what they described as a “ghost flight” trapped underwater, 1,200 meters deep in the Atlantic Ocean. The most chilling thing: the wreckage of the plane contains the bodies of the passengers, still sitting in their seats, as if time had frozen in mid-flight.
The research team, led by oceanographer Dr. Marcus Keller, had been mapping the seafloor near the coast of Newfoundland, Canada for months. Using advanced sonar technology and underwater drones, they identified an unusual anomaly that initially appeared to be the hull of a sunken ship. However, upon zooming in with high-resolution cameras, the distinctive shape of an airplane fuselage emerged in the images.
The aircraft, although corroded by time and saline conditions, retained its structure almost intact. The team was perplexed to find sealed windows and seats in perfect order, and the most shocking thing was to discover what appeared to be mummified bodies, still secured with seat belts.
Initial inspection suggests the plane dates to the early 20th century, a puzzling detail since there are no known records of transatlantic flights from that era. The aircraft has features that do not match any registered model, such as wider than usual wings and a cabin that appears designed for extreme conditions.
On the tail of the fuselage, there is a barely visible inscription with the letters “EES Aurora,” which until now has not been associated with any known airline or manufacturer. Experts speculate that it could be an experimental prototype whose existence was never made public.
The human remains found on board, surprisingly well preserved for the conditions, appear to be wearing clothing typical of the 1910s or 1920s. What is even more intriguing is that some of them were carrying anachronistic personal items, such as watches that appear to be powered by unknown mechanisms and documents written in a language that has not yet been identified.
Forensic anthropologist Dr Helen Strauss, part of the team that analyzed the images, said: “It is as if this plane has been trapped in a time bubble. “Everything from technology to personal items challenges our historical understanding.”
Since the moment of discovery, theories have not stopped emerging. Some suggest the plane could be evidence of secret aviation experiments during World War I, while others point to more speculative explanations, such as time portals or phenomena related to the Bermuda Triangle.
Others even more daring claim that it could be an early attempt at extraterrestrial contact, given that the inscriptions on the fuselage and certain patterns in the internal design recall technologies described in UFO sightings.
For now, the team of researchers plans to recover the remains for analysis in the laboratory. However, due to the depth and delicate condition of the plane, this process could take years. Meanwhile, this discovery has left an indelible mark on the scientific community and has reignited debates about the mysteries that the ocean floor still hides.
