Vanga and the Shadows: Chilling Prophecies That Defy Time

January 10, 2025

Not many people believe in the predictions of prophets. However, it is hard to ignore when these predictions come true up to 70% of the time.

The famous prophet Vanga was born on January 31, 1911, and passed away on August 11, 1996. She lived her entire life in seclusion in the remote village of Kozhuth, in Petrich, Bulgaria. At the age of 12, Vanga lost her eyesight after being caught in a massive whirlwind. She was found barely breathing, buried under dirt and stones, with sand filling her eye sockets.

From that day, Vanga lived in darkness. Her first prophecy came at the age of 16 when she accurately described the location of a yard where thieves had hidden a stolen flock of sheep.

However, Vanga’s prophetic abilities reached their peak at the age of 30. Many people sought her out for predictions, including Adolf Hitler. The Nazi leader once visited her and left her house with a heavy expression. Vanga’s extraordinary abilities were believed to be connected to invisible beings that provided her with information about people—from their birth to their death.

Vanga’s Prophecies About Humanity

Vanga also claimed she could communicate with people who had been dead for centuries. She even revealed that extraterrestrial beings had been living on Earth for hundreds of years, coming from planets where a language called Vamfirm was spoken.

Famous Predictions Associated with Vanga:

  1. The Kursk Submarine
In 1980, Vanga predicted, “At the turn of the century, in August 1999 or 2000, Kursk will sink under the water, and the whole world will mourn it.” At the time, no one paid attention to what seemed like a bizarre prediction. Years later, it was realized that Kursk referred not to the city but to a Russian nuclear submarine named after it. The submarine tragically sank, leaving the world grieving for those trapped aboard.
  2. The Outbreak of War
Vanga predicted in 2008 that conflicts would erupt in the Indian subcontinent (including India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, China, and Tibet). These tensions would lead to an attempted assassination of four major government leaders, which she suggested could trigger World War III by 2010.
  3. The 9/11 Terrorist Attacks
In 1989, Vanga predicted, “Horror, horror! The American twin brothers will fall after being attacked by steel birds. Wolves will be howling in the bush, and the blood of innocents will flow.” This prophecy is believed to refer to the September 11, 2001, attacks on the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York. The “steel birds” symbolized airplanes, while “the bush” is thought to reference President George Bush.
  4. The Resurrection of Russia
In 1988, Vanga drew a large circle in her palm and said, “Russia will once again become a great empire, the spiritual center of the world.” She hinted that this would occur when the number 8 became significant, possibly referring to Russia joining the G8 and its influence on global peace and war efforts.
  5. The European Migration Crisis
Vanga predicted, “Many will suffer. Misfortune will come from all directions, affecting all peoples… People will walk barefoot, without clothes, fuel, or light.” This has been linked to the recent large-scale migration crisis that has affected Europe.
  6. The Rise of ISIS
Vanga seemingly foresaw the emergence of ISIS, predicting, “There will come a time of suffering. Humanity will be divided by religion… Syria will fall to the feet of a conqueror, but that conqueror will not be worthy.” Her predictions have been associated with ISIS’s rise, its atrocities, and its destruction of cultural heritage.
